Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman

I've just posted a review for Good Omens, a collaborative piece by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman.  Both authors are excellent in their own right, and having them work together on a novel creates a piece that has elements of both of their styles.  Terry Pratchett is my favorite author, and Neil Gaiman is also an award-winning author who's also written graphic novels in addition to more standard books.  If the phrase from the back of the book "And someone seems to have misplaced the Antichrist" interests you, I'd encourage you to check out the full review and the book itself.

New Review

I've posted a review for the Night Angel trilogy.  It's an excellent series of books in my opinion, especially if the phrase 'ninja-assassins with magic' sounds interesting.

Introduction

Hi.  My name's James, and welcome to my blog.  I hope to use this to post reviews of books I've read.  I generally read sci-fi/fantasy novels, but I occasionally read books that are more literary and serious.  I make no promises to only post reviews for new books, but I'll try to avoid anything that I think is so common that another review would add nothing to it.  I also hope to eventually publish chapters to a story I'm working on, but I have no idea when that day will come.
